Welcome to the MD DE DC Elks Association Spring Workshop! We’re excited to have you here as we come together to share ideas, strengthen our programs, and continue our mission of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity. We are also honored to welcome our Grand Exalted Ruler, Bryan Klatt—thank you for joining us and for your leadership and dedication to the Order. The MD DE DC Elks remain committed to being steadfast in identifying the needs of our communities, offering youth activities and scholarships and supporting veterans through our active support and participation with the Elks National Foundation, William J. Jernick Fund, the Army of Hope and Welcome Home veterans’ projects, and Elks Camp Barrett, our State Association’s Major Project.
